Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Services
Our initial discovery consultations are offered complimentary. No refund applies as no payment has been made.
2. Paid Workshops & Programmes
For paid workshops and consulting programmes:
- Cancellation by Client (30+ days before): Full refund minus 15% administrative fee
- Cancellation by Client (15–29 days before): 50% refund
- Cancellation by Client (less than 15 days before): No refund
- Postponement: Services may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date within 12 months at no additional cost
3. Cancellation by Filtergreen
If we cancel or postpone due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, severe weather), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
4. Delivery & Non-Performance
If we fail to deliver consulting services as contracted, you may request a refund of fees paid for undelivered services. This does not apply if delivery was prevented by your organisation's actions or failure to participate as agreed.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of approval. Funds are returned to your original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Customised materials developed specifically for your organisation
- Coaching hours already completed
- Travel expenses incurred by our team
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
